Absolutely. Every Groovy Lifestyle treasure is insured from the moment it leaves our hands until it’s safely in yours. Because each piece is unique and handcrafted with intention, we require a signature upon delivery — this is when guardianship of your new jewel officially passes to you.
If your order is sent to someone else, their signature at the delivery address completes the journey and transfers responsibility.

We cover the ride — you cover the borders. While we ship your piece free of charge, any customs duties, foreign taxes, or import fees are set by your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We believe you’ll feel the magic in your Groovy Lifestyle piece instantly. But if it doesn’t vibe with you, you have 14 days to live with it, style it, and see if it’s meant to stay. If not, email us at groovylifestyle.us@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.

Because each piece is individually crafted, we can’t offer direct exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
